This Privacy Policy explains how DC Central Kitchen ("us", "we", "our") uses and protects your information when you use the Healthy Corners app ("app", "Service") .
By using our app, you are consenting to our use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information from you when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you register for access to the app, use certain aspects of the service, or respond to one of our surveys. For example, we collect your name and phone number upon registering for an account to use the service.

# Transactional Information
We collect transactional information when you transact with our Rewards Providers by voluntarily giving your account phone number. Transactional information may include details from your receipt (e.g., subtotal, total), order data (e.g., items purchased and their purchase price) from point of sale terminals used by reward providers at participating stores. We only collect information on purchases of products offered through the Healthy Corners subset of store products.
# Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device while you are using the app to provide you information to locate nearby stores. We will notify and obtain consent before collecting, transmitting, or using location data. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. Users can always refrain from supplying certain information, but it may prevent them from engaging in certain services which require that information.
# Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or announcements from DC Central Kitchen. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

The Healthy Corners app uses the personal information you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide information for a certain reason, we may use that information in connection with the reason for which it was provided.
The Healthy Corners app uses transactional data to facilitate your transactions with Rewards Providers. If you are a Healthy Rewards accountholder, and you voluntarily provide your account information to a Rewards Provider, transactional data will be used by Rewards Providers to automatically award you rewards points. We may also remove personal information from transactional data and aggregate it with other anonymous data, pool and/or combine aggregated data with other information, and share aggregated data with Rewards Providers.
By making a purchase at a Rewards Provider that uses Healthy Rewards terminals, your transactional information will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Transactional data of Healthy Rewards accountholders may be used to provide you with Healthy Rewards points and other offers.
# Information Disclosure
The Healthy Corners app collects error statistics through Sentry and analytics through Firebase.
We do not share personal information with any outside parties. All data is managed by the personnel of DC Central Kitchen and connected Healthy Corners stores.
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
We may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.

Our app contains links that lead to other websites. If you click on these links, we are not held responsible for your data and privacy protection. Visiting those websites is not governed by this privacy policy agreement. Make sure to read the privacy policy documentation of the external website.

If at some point you might wish to restrict, update, correct, or delete your personal information that we have collected through the app, contact us as specified below and we will take reasonable steps to honor your request in accordance with applicable law.

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Therefore, we will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
# Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
The Healthy Corners app does not direct services to, nor does it not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information through the app, we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
